CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING JUNE 13, 2019 The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Karen Consalo, Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE Karen Consalo CITY STAFF PRESENT Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor Tim Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance Officer Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer Matt McDonald, Code Compliance Officer Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Officer Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE The Special Magistrate led the Pledge of Allegiance. FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Special Magistrate asked if anyone in the audience had any additions or corrections to the minutes from the May 09, 2019, there were none. The Special Magistrate approved the minutes from the May 09, 2019 hearing. STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. NEW CASES CE -18-002708 300 Secret Way Cir. • Roof, gutters, downspout maintenance, ULDR Section 3-10.3.a.4 Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer, provided testimony and read case information into record. The property was found to be in violation on June 10, 2019. The City requested a correction date of July 28, 2019. If no compliance by July 28, 2019, then a fine of $100.00 per day should be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of August 8, 2019 to determine compliance. 11 Page
