CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING <br />JUNE 13, 2019 <br />The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., in the <br />City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Karen Consalo, Special <br />Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br />SPECIAL MAGISTRATE <br />Karen Consalo <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor <br />Tim Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance Officer <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer <br />Matt McDonald, Code Compliance Officer <br />Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Officer <br />Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary <br />PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE <br />The Special Magistrate led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS <br />The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br />The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Special Magistrate asked if anyone in the audience had any additions or corrections to the minutes from the <br />May 09, 2019, there were none. The Special Magistrate approved the minutes from the May 09, 2019 hearing. <br />STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and <br />PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. <br />NEW CASES <br />CE -18-002708 300 Secret Way Cir. <br />• Roof, gutters, downspout maintenance, ULDR Section 3-10.3.a.4 <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer, provided testimony and read case information into record. The <br />property was found to be in violation on June 10, 2019. The City requested a correction date of July 28, 2019. If <br />no compliance by July 28, 2019, then a fine of $100.00 per day should be imposed for each day of non-compliance <br />thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of August 8, 2019 to determine compliance. <br />11 Page <br />
