No further action was taken. <br />CE -19-000666 1468 Park Dr. <br />• No building permit, City Code Section 1-4.3.a (stairs and landing with no permit) <br />Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Officer, provided testimony and read case information into record. The <br />property was found to be in violation on June 10, 2019. The City requests a correction date of July 28, 2019. If <br />no compliance by July 28, 2019, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of August 8, 2019 to determine compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000666, located at 1468 Park Dr. was in violation of City Code <br />Section 1-4.3.a, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It is ordered that <br />the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 pm on July 28, 2019. If there is no compliance by July 28, 2019, <br />then a fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day that the property remains in non-compliance.
