SUBSEQUENT CASES IN COMPLIANCE -REQUEST NO FINE IMPOSED CE -18-002708 300 Secret Way Cir. CE -18-003253 831 N Triplet Lake Dr. CE -19-000453 650 Kentia Rd. Supervisor Campbell, advised that the above cases were found to be in compliance by the dates previously set by the Special Magistrate. There was no action taken. SUBSEQUENT CASES NOT IN COMPLIANCE -REQUEST IMPOSITION OF FINE CE -18-002993 433 Bridle Path Supervisor Campbell, advised this case was not in compliance by the date set by the Special Magistrate and the $250 per day fine should be imposed. The Special Magistrate asked if Officer Eastwood inspected the property on the set compliance date and found it in non-compliance? Officer Eastwood, stated he inspected the property and it was not in compliance. The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -18-002993, based upon testimony of Officer Eastwood, is not in compliance. The fine of $250.00 per day was imposed to run from the date of non-compliance. CE -19-000111 913 Ashley Ct. Supervisor Campbell, advised this case was not in compliance by the date set by the Special Magistrate and the $50 per day fine should be imposed, as of June 27, 2019. The Special Magiatrate asked if Officer McDonald, inspected the property on the set compliance date and found it in non- compliance? Offcier McDonald, stated he inspected the property and it was not in compliance. The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000111, based upon testimony of Officer McDonald, is not in compliance. The fine of $50.00 per day was imposed to run from the date of non-compliance. Officer Eastwood, stated he inspected the property and it was not in compliance. Richard Casselberry, Trustee, 413 Bridle Path, advised that the mobile home owner did not comply. Mr. Casselberry filed an eviction notice and they were evicted the same day or day after Mr. Casselberry contracted with a demolition company to clear the property. The Special Magistrate stated this property was a health/safety issue and the fines would be imposed as scheduled. A lien was ordered at $250.00 per day, to start from the date of non-compliance. 41 Page
