19-001075 1112 Timberlane Trl. <br />19-001064 540 Hibiscus Rd. <br />19-000854 980 436 SR <br />19-000845 4100 S 17-92 HWY <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that the cases list above were in compliance prior to hearing and would not be heard. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES IN COMPLIANCE -REQUEST NO FINE IMPOSED <br />CE -18-002708 300 Secret Way Cir. <br />CE -18-003253 831 N Triplet Lake Dr. <br />CE -19-000453 650 Kentia Rd. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that the above cases were found to be in compliance by the dates previously set by the <br />Special Magistrate. There was no action taken. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES NOT IN COMPLIANCE -REQUEST IMPOSITION OF FINE <br />CE -18-002993 433 Bridle Path <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised this case was not in compliance by the date set by the Special Magistrate and the $250 per <br />day fine should be imposed. The Special Magistrate asked if Officer Eastwood inspected the property on the set <br />compliance date and found it in non-compliance? <br />Officer Eastwood, stated he inspected the property and it was not in compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -18-002993, based upon testimony of Officer Eastwood, is not in <br />compliance. The fine of $250.00 per day was imposed to run from the date of non-compliance. <br />CE -19-000111 913 Ashley Ct. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised this case was not in compliance by the date set by the Special Magistrate and the $50 per <br />day fine should be imposed, as of June 27, 2019. <br />The Special Magiatrate asked if Officer McDonald, inspected the property on the set compliance date and found it in non- <br />compliance? Offcier McDonald, stated he inspected the property and it was not in compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000111, based upon testimony of Officer McDonald, is not in <br />compliance. The fine of $50.00 per day was imposed to run from the date of non-compliance. <br />CE -19-000262 1422 Huntington Dr. <br />• Damaged window, skylights, doors, City Code Section 1-4.1 <br />• Fence in disrepair, ULDR Section 3-10.3.b.1 <br />• Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />• Outdoor/open air storage, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.5.c.1 <br />The Special Magistrate asked if Officer Eastwood, inspected the property on the set compliance date and found it in non- <br />compliance? Officer Eastwood, stated he inspected the property and it was not in compliance. <br />Richard Casselberry, Trustee, 413 Bridle Path, advised that the mobile home owner did not comply. Mr. Casselberry filed <br />an eviction notice and they were evicted the same day or day after Mr. Casselberry contracted with a demolition company <br />to clear the property. <br />The Special Magistrate stated this property was a health/safety issue and the fines would be imposed as scheduled. A lien <br />was ordered at $250.00 per day, to start from the date of non-compliance. <br />41 Page <br />
