CE -19-000332 1450 Hilltop Rd. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised this case was not in compliance by the date set by the Special Magistrate and the $150 per <br />day fine should be imposed. <br />Officer Eastwood, stated he inspected the property and it was in compliance and no fine should be imposed. The Special <br />Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000332, based upon testimony of Officer Eastwood, is in compliance and no further <br />action was needed. <br />CE -19-000614 236 Plaza Oval Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised this case was not in compliance by the date set by the Special Magistrate and the $250 per <br />day fine should be imposed. Officer Eastwood, stated that he inspected the property and it was not in compliance. There <br />has not been any progress. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000614, based upon testimony of Officer Eastwood is not in <br />compliance. The fine of $250.00 per day was imposed to run from the date of non-compliance. <br />CE -19-000666 1468 Park Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised this case was not in compliance by the date set by the Special Magistrate and the $100 per <br />day fine should be imposed. Officer Eastwood, stated that he inspected the property and it was not in compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000666, based upon testimony of Officer Eastwood, is not in <br />compliance. The fine of $100.00 per day was imposed to run from the date of non-compliance. <br />CE -19-001001 519 El Dorado Way <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised this case was not in compliance by the date set by the Special Magistrate and the $50 per <br />day fine should be imposed. <br />Officer Acevedo, stated that she inspected the property and it was not in compliance. The Special Magistrate made a <br />finding that CE -19-001001, based upon testimony of Officer Acevedo, is not in compliance. The fine of $50.00 per day <br />was imposed to run from the date of non-compliance. <br />CE -19-000317 1461 Easton Way <br />• Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />• Damaged windows, skylights, doors, City Code Section 1-4.1 <br />• Fence in disrepair, ULDR Section 3-10.3.b.1 <br />Officer Eastwood, provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a correction date of <br />09/07/2019. If no compliance by 09/07/2019, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of 09/12/2019, to determine compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if anyone was present to speak for this case; there was no one present. The Special <br />Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000317, located at 1461 Easton Way, was in violation of City Code Section 3- <br />10.3.c.1, 1-4.1 and 3-10.3.b.1, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered <br />that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. September 07, 2019. If there is no compliance by September 07, <br />2019, then a fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent <br />hearing will be held on September 12, 2019, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -19-000514 1436 SR 436 <br />• Discontinued sign, ULDR Section 3-16.7.d <br />Officer McDonald, provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a correction date of <br />08/22/2019. If no compliance by 08/22/2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter.
