Budget Amendment #20-051 — Recognition of Revenue <br />Introduction: Budget Amendment #20-051 recognizes revenue for contributions totaling $5,000 for the <br />purchase and installation of two memorial park benches. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #20-051 will increase the Private Sources/Memorial Benches <br />account #001-0000-366.91-03 and Parks Maintenance Division Small Tools and Minor <br />Equipment/Memorial Benches account #001-0410-572.56-01 by $5,000 each. Extension of Non -Exclusive Franchise Agreement for Commercial Solid Waste <br />Services <br />Introduction: An extension to an existing Non -Exclusive Franchise Agreement with Waste Connections <br />of Florida, Inc. provides for Commercial Solid Waste Services through December 31, 2020. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the <br />extension to the existing Non -Exclusive Franchise Agreement with Waste Connections of Florida, Inc. for <br />Commercial Solid Waste Services through December 31, 2020. <br />State Contract Purchase for Renewal of Microsoft Volume Licenses <br />Introduction: Renewal of Microsoft licensing subscriptions with SHI, International in the amount of <br />$199,985.58 for a 3 -year term, plus an additional amount not to exceed $10,000 for additional licenses if <br />needed, by utilizing the State of Florida Term Contract #43230000-15-02 with SHI which expires January <br />31, 2022, provides for continued City operations requiring specific Microsoft products. <br />
