Resolution 20-3175 — Subaward and Grant Agreement Number Z1777 with The Florida Division of Emergency Management "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FEDERALLY -FUNDED SUBAWARD AND GRANT AGREEMENT NUMBER Z1777 WITH THE FLORIDA DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT RELATED TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC (DR 4486); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3175 provides for execution of Federally -Funded Subaward and Grant Agreement Number Z 1777 with the Florida Division of Emergency Management for emergency protective measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic (DR4486), and authorizes the Finance Director or City Manager to execute said agreement and related documents for and on behalf of the City of Casselberry. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. A budget will be established to recognize revenue when the City receives reimbursement for costs incurred. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 20- 3175. H. Resolution 20-3176 — FY 2020 Third Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2019 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2020; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3176 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the third quarter of FY 2020. Budget Impact: The Third Quarter Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of Budget Amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the third quarter of Fiscal year 2020. The Third Quarter Budget Transfer spreadsheet details changes made to the budget within each department as approved by the City Manager. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 20- 3176.
