CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of July 27, 2020 — Regular Meeting Page 4 of 15 Introduction: Resolution 20-3172 provides for approval of the replat and combination of six (6) parcels into a single property. The proposed Final Plat is a replat of approximately 5.71 acres, generally located along Belle Avenue, in Section 4, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, along the west side of Belle Avenue, north of N. Winter Park Drive. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 20-2172 for the Belle Avenue Industrial Park Final Plat (SP 20-02). E. Resolution 20-3173 — Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Funding Agreement with MetroPlan Orlando "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE ORLANDO URBAN AREA METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (METROPLAN ORLANDO) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3173 provides for approval and authorization to enter into a Funding Agreement with MetroPlan Orlando for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 in the amount of $2,117. Budget Impact: Sufficient funds are budgeted in the FY 2021 proposed budget in the General Fund/Streets Maintenance Other Contractual Services account #001-0720-541.34-00 to cover the amount of $2,117 associated with this Agreement. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 20-3173 and the associated Funding Agreement with MetroPlan Orlando for Fiscal Year 2020- 2021. F. Resolution 20-3174 — Annual Rate Resolution for Sausalito Assessment Area "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR THE SAUSALITO ASSESSMENT AREA ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 09-1301, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 18-1492; ESTABLISHING THE LIENS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH; DIRECTING THAT THE ASSESSMENT ROLLS BE CERTIFIED TO THE SEMINOLE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3174 is the Annual Rate Resolution required per Ordinance No. 09-1301 to provide for the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 assessment roll for the Special Assessment for the Sausalito Assessment Area, associated with the replacement Sausalito Shores subdivision wall. Budget Impact: There is no Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget impact due to this item. Projected revenues from the Special Assessment will be included in the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 budget.
