CASSCLBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of June 8, 2020 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 7 of 9 <br />Public Hearing: Mayor Glancy stated this was a public hearing to hear and consider comments and <br />questions regarding Ordinance 20-1534. Mayor Glancy opened the floor for public participation. No one <br />came forward to address Ordinance 20-1534. Mayor Glancy closed the public hearing relative to Ordinance <br />20-1534. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Busch moved to adopt Ordinance 20-1534 on second reading, <br />as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individual came forward: <br />Mr. Isaac Babcock, 401 San Leandro Drive, stated he was the President of the Sausalito Shores <br />Homeowners' Association and expressed concerns about the removal of trees in his <br />subdivision. He requested that the City address the capability for creating bump -outs on the <br />subdivision streets and the possibility of installing a City tree planting program within the <br />subdivision to replace those trees being removed. <br />No one else came forward. <br />14. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />15. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />
