N. Allocation of FY19 Countywide Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Memorial Grant Fund. Introduction: Approval provides for allocation of the Casselberry Police Department's share of grant funds (up to $17,915) from the FY19 Countywide Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval to allocate the Casselberry Police Department's share (up to $17,915) of the FY19 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program funds to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office for the purpose of upgrading the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system with the CAD Modernization Program.
