CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 27, 2020 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 8 of 14 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of an <br />agreement for Service Area 1 with Annan landscape Company, LLC in the amount not to exceed <br />$286,200.00 annually for up to five years; an agreement for Service Area 2 with Helping Hand Lawn Care, <br />LLC in the amount not to exceed $122,075.00 annually for up to five years; and an agreement for Service <br />Area 3 with Commercial Landscape Professionals, DBA Trimac Outdoor, in the amount not to exceed <br />$314,845.00 annually for up to five years for ground maintenance services. <br />L. Amendment #1 to the Agreement with SL-serco for Continued Technical <br />Advisement Services for the Advanced Metering Infrastructures System Project <br />Introduction: Amendment #1 to the Agreement with SL-serco provides for two phases of continued <br />technical advisement services for the Advanced Metering Infrastructures (AMI) system project through <br />December 31, 2021, the pilot phase in an amount not-to-exceed $52,800 and the deployment phase in an <br />amount not to exceed $36,000. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funds were budgeted in the FY20 Adopted Budget in the Water and Sewer <br />Fund Improvements Other than Buildings/Water Meters account #401-0135-513.63-52. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Amendment <br />#1 to the agreement with SL-serco for continued technical advisement services for the pilot phase in the <br />amount of $52,800 and deployment phase in the amount of $36,000 for the AMI system integration project <br />through December 31, 2021. <br />M. Change Order No. 2 to the Agreement with Bentley Architects + Engineers, Inc. <br />for Design Services for Public Works Department Complex and Related Budget <br />Amendment #20-040 <br />Introduction: Change Order No. 2 to the Agreement with Bentley Architects + Engineers, Inc., together <br />with related Budget Amendment #20-040, provide for additional design services for the Public Works <br />Department Complex in the amount of $26,152.56. (Ref. SOQ-2018-0382) <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #20-040 will provide funding for a total amount of $26,153 as <br />follows: <br />Capital Improvement Fund Non-Departmental General Building Renovation account #305-0190- <br />519.62-25 ($8,718) <br />Capital Improvement Fund Stormwater Building Renovation account #305-0740-538.62-25 <br />($8,718) <br />Capital Improvement Fund Non-Departmental Water & Sewer Building Renovation account #305- <br />0190-536.62-25 ($8,717) <br />BA #20-040 <br />Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval to provide additional <br />
