CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of February 10, 2020 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 9 of 14 <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 20-3148 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, RECOGNIZING AND CONFIRMING LEGISLATION IN PROGRESS REGARDING <br />AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE XX, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO AMEND REVIEW <br />CRITERIA AND PROCESSES RELATED TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS AND HOW <br />THEY ARE PROCESSED IN THE CITY; AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 2-5.4, TABLE 2-5.4 TO <br />AMEND SIZE AND DIMENSION CRITERIA RELATED TO THE PRD ZONING DISTRICT; <br />AMENDING SECTION 2-7.21, TOWNHOUSES, TO REMOVE INCONSISTENT LANGUAGE; <br />PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS; RECOGNIZING LEGISLATION IN PROGRESS; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Development Services Manager Emily Hanna stated that Resolution 20-3148 provides <br />for establishing Legislation in Progress to amend several sections in the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations (ULDRs) as it relates to townhouses, planned unit developments (PUDs), and planned <br />residential developments (PRDs) size and dimension criteria, and gave an overview of some of the proposed <br />changes that staff is working on currently. She added that she hopes to have legislation containing the <br />amendments to the City Commission for consideration in the next couple of months. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 20-3148. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Commission regarding Resolution 20-3148. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Hufford moved to approve Resolution 20-3148, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5-0. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />A.
