Purchase of Lift Station Pump from Xylem Water Solutions USA Inc. <br />Introduction: Approval provides for the purchase of one (1) lift station pump from Xylem Water Solutions <br />USA Inc. in the amount of $6,927.40. <br />Budget Impact: Funding in the amount of $6,927.40 was budgeted and is available in the FY 2020 <br />Renewal and Replacement Fund Lift Station Equipment/Other account #402-0752-535.67-35. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended the purchase of one <br />(1) lift station pump from Xylem Water Solutions USA Inc. in the amount of $6,927.40. <br />N. Renewal of the City's Property and Casualty Insurance Services with Florida <br />Municipal Insurance Trust <br />Introduction: Renewal of the City's property and casualty insurance coverage with Florida Municipal <br />Insurance Trust (FMIT) in the amount of $547,806 provides property and casualty insurance services to the <br />City. <br />Budget Impact: Funds to cover the cost for property and casualty insurance premiums are budgeted and <br />available in the FY 2020 Budget General Fund account #001-0190-519.45-00 Insurance Premium/General <br />Liability/Auto/Property and Water & Sewer Fund account #401-0190-536.45-00 Insurance <br />Premium/General Liability/Auto/Property. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval <br />of the renewal for property and casualty insurance services with Florida Municipal Insurance Trust in the <br />amount of $547,806. <br />O. Donation of Two Used Police Department Patrol Vehicles to the Havana, FL Police <br />Department <br />Introduction: This request provides for a donation of two (2) used Chevrolet Impala police vehicles and <br />associated emergency equipment to the Havana, FL Police Department for use in continuing public safety <br />services in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael which occurred in October 2018. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval to donate two (2) used <br />police patrol vehicles to the Havana, FL Police Department and requested the City Commission to officially <br />approve the formal transfer of title to the vehicles to the Town of Havana, Florida. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />
