F. Budget Amendment #20-004 — Allocation of Funding for the Adopt -a -Tree Program Introduction: Budget Amendment #20-004 provides funding in the amount of $25,000 from the Tree Bank Fund for the City of Casselberry (City) Adopt -A -Tree Program created by the Casselberry Tree Advisory Committee (CTAC) for the purchase and installation of trees throughout the City on both public or private property. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #20-004 increases account #115-0000-389.90-00 Other Non -Operating Source and account #115-0720-541.46-15 Tree Replacement in the amount of $25,000. BA #20-004 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for the Adopt -a - Tree program in the amount of $25,000. Budget Amendment #20-005 — Special Budgetary Rollover Introduction: Budget Amendment #20-005 amends the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Approved Budget in the amount of $1,297,182 to allow for the completion of ongoing projects and the purchase of equipment or services that were budgeted in Fiscal Year 2018-2019 but were not started or completed within that fiscal year.
