City of Casselberry <br />May 9, 2019 <br />Paae 6 of 12 <br />*EOW = Every Other Week <br />This table highlights a number of relevant details about commercial collection in Casselberry: <br />■ Collection Frequency for Refuse — City ordinance section 70-56.(a) requires the <br />franchisees to make at least two weekly collections at all commercial <br />establishments unless approved in advance by the City. City staff confirmed there <br />are no current permissions on file for less than two weekly services per week. <br />However, in review of current franchise reports, 181 carts and dumpsters were <br />found to be receiving less than twice weekly service. <br />• Collection Frequency for Construction and Bulky Wastes —The ordinance does <br />not apply to inert wastes generated in construction, renovation, demolition, and <br />temporary clean-out operations.
