Lake Concord Parking Master Plan <br />In 2016, the CRA updated its redevelopment plan and identified a parking structure as a potential <br />project to be funded through the CRA. Before the CRA could put funds toward a parking structure, <br />the CRA wanted to study the existing conditions of the parking situation at Lake Concord Park and <br />at City Hall. Kittelson and Associates were hired as the consultants to study the existing conditions <br />at the park and City Hall, and to determine recommendations for how to add parking in a convenient <br />and safe manner. The consultants studied existing conditions, interviewed City Hall and park users, <br />and attended many events held at Lake Concord Park to determine the shortage of parking and the <br />need to meet current demand. Additionally, the consultants looked at future site plans and other <br />completed market studies to determine the need for parking into the future.
