Projects Completed within the CRA
image of Axios Medical Office Building
In May of 2018, the CRA and the City's Planning and
Zoning Commission approved the site plan for a
27,000 square foot medical office building on the
southwest corner of US Highway 17-92 and State Road 436.
The Sadrack Brothers, Rida and Rami (Casselberry
residents), own Axios Construction Services, LLC.,
which will be developing, building, and occupying the
building along with other health related services including a general practitioner, physical fitness, physical
therapy, and a laboratory. They broke ground on the
building in Fall of 2018 and are expecting the project to
be completed by Fall of 2019.
image of Old Entenmann's Bakery
The old Entenmann's Bakery building, located within
the City's CRA along State Road 436, received some TLC
when a new interior design business, Kim Coe Designs, relocated to Casselberry. The building required
a few retrofits; however, the old bakery now features
high end design pieces and showcases an industrial
chic look. Additionally, the reuse of the building brings
new life to the northwest corner of US Highway 17-92
and State Road 436.
image of rendering of SunTrust at Lake Concord Park
In the summer of 2018, site plans were
submitted for the commercial portion of
Lake Concord Park. This site plan included a bank building (SunTrust), two building pads and all of the necessary parking
for the site. The Bank building will be
3,400 square feet and have beautiful architecture on all four sides. The two building pads are roughly 8,200 and 3,800
square feet and will accommodate restaurant uses. The project is currently under review for an engineering permit and
is expected to break ground in 2019.
CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Page 7
