Notice of Public Hearing: The Notice of Public Hearing relative to second reading of Ordinance 19-1510 was advertised in the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday, May 2, 2019. Staff Presentation: Assistant Public Works Director/Water Resources Manager Tara Lamoureux -Bobo stated that Ordinance 19-1510 amends Chapter 86 (Utilities) of the City Code of Ordinances to update the City's Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Program in accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) requirements. She advised that minor revisions had been made to Ordinance 19-1510 since approval on first reading at the March 25, 2019 regular City Commission meeting which consisted of minor corrections to typographical errors and numbering. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended adoption of Ordinance 19-1510 on second and final reading. Public Hearing: Mayor Glancy stated this was a public hearing to hear and consider comments and questions regarding Ordinance 19-1510. Mayor Glancy opened the floor for public participation. No one came forward to address Ordinance 19-1510. Mayor Glancy closed the public hearing relative to Ordinance 19-1510. MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to adopt Ordinance 19-1510 on second and final reading, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. B. Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1511 — Oxford Park Overlay District Standards The City Cleric read Ordinance 19-1511 by title, as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE VII "GENERAL REGULATIONS" OF THE CITY'S UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO ADD SECTION 2-7.34, "OXFORD PARK OVERLAY DISTRICT STANDARDS", TO ESTABLISH DESIGN STANDARDS; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED, TO INCLUDE THE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE INTO THE "OXFORD PARK OVERLAY DISTRICT"; AMENDING ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 5-21.2 "DEFINITION OF TERMS" TO INCLUDE VARIOUS DEFINITIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
