CASSELBGRRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May 13, 2019 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 11 of 19 <br />BA #19-036 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to recognize the agreement with the <br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Wheel Park — Casselberry (Phase 1) as part of the <br />Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program Grant, in the amount of $250,000, and a required City <br />match of $250,000. The grant funding will be received on a reimbursement basis at the conclusion of the <br />project. <br />Account Number Account Description Amount <br />Increase: <br />001-0000-334.90-03 FDEP — Wheel Park Phase 1 $250,000 <br />001-0410-572.63-24 Improvements — Other $250,000 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 19-3094 and related Budget Amendment #19-036. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the City Commission regarding Resolution 19- <br />3094. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve Resolution 19-3094 and related <br />Budget Amendment #19-036, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />B. Resolution 19-3095 — Adoption of Utility Standards Manual Standard Details and <br />List of Approved Products <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 19-3095 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF UTILITY STANDARDS MANUAL, STANDARD <br />DETAILS, AND LIST OF APPROVED PRODUCTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Assistant Public Works Director/Utility Manager Tara Lamoureux -Bobo stated that <br />Resolution 19-3095 adopts the Utility Standards Manual, Standard Details, and List of Approved Products <br />finalized in March 2019. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 19-3095. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the City Commission regarding Resolution 19- <br />3095. <br />
