The <br />alleged violations were for overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.I and outdoor/open air <br />storage — residential, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.5.c.1 & 2. Based on testimony, photographs and evidence, the <br />property was found to be in violation of the codes previously listed. It was ordered that the property come into <br />compliance by 1pm February 28, 2019, if the respondent does not correct the violation by that time and date a <br />fine of $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues shall be imposed.
