Based on testimony entered on February 14, 2019, the properties did not come into compliance and the fines were <br />ordered to be imposed, plus any administrative fees, the fines will continue to accrue each the violations exist <br />until compliance has been achieved. <br />NEW CASES <br />CE -18-002463 821 Osceola Trl <br />• Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />• Outdoor/open air storage — Residential, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.5.c.1 & 2 <br />Zoning district: <br />RMH-8 <br />Notification date: <br />September 24, 2018 <br />Correction date requested: <br />October 3, 2018- Non -Compliant <br />Hearing Notice date: <br />January 17, 2019 <br />Correction date requested: <br />February 13, 2019- Non -Compliant <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the property was found to be non-compliant on <br />February 13, 2019. The City requests a correction date of February 28, 2019. If no compliance by February 28, <br />2019, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City <br />requests a subsequent hearing date of March 14, 2019 to determine compliance. <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance officer gave testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner or representative was in the audience. There was no one <br />present. <br />Finding of fact: Finding of fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-002463, 821 Osceola Trl. The <br />alleged violations were for overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.I and outdoor/open air <br />storage — residential, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.5.c.1 & 2. Based on testimony, photographs and evidence, the <br />property was found to be in violation of the codes previously listed. It was ordered that the property come into <br />compliance by 1pm February 28, 2019, if the respondent does not correct the violation by that time and date a <br />fine of $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues shall be imposed.
