The City requests <br />a subsequent hearing date of March 14, 2019 to determine compliance. <br />Karl St. Andrew, the tenant came in to speak about this case and said that he will be moving the RV by March 5, <br />2019 when he is supposed to be out of the home. <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance officer gave testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner or representative was in the audience. There was no one <br />present. <br />Finding of fact: Finding of fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-002798, 410 Slumber Ln. The <br />alleged violations were for Disabled, inoperable, or abandoned vehicle(s), City Code 82-13, Overgrowth, weeds, <br />trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.I and Recreational equipment - Parking Requirements, ULDR Section <br />3-10.9.C. Based on testimony, photographs and evidence, the property was found to be in violation of the codes <br />previously listed. It was ordered that the property come into compliance by 1 pm March 14, 2019, if the respondent <br />does not correct the violation by that time and date a fine of $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues <br />shall be imposed.
