Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />City Manager Randy Newlon reported that the City of Casselberry had hosted the last meeting on Tuesday, <br />February 19"' and the primary topic of discussion was Seminole County's plan to re -vamp its transportation <br />impact fees which had not been done in many years, and to adapt it into a mobility fee which would be <br />applicable to many forms of transportation rather than just automotive. The cities of Altamonte Springs <br />and Casselberry were the only ones of the group which have already adopted local mobility fees and their <br />ordinances will be used for guidance as the County and possibly other local municipalities move forward <br />in developing their own mobility fee structures. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 19-3083 — Appointment of and Agreement with Karen Z. Consalo Esc. <br />for Special Magistrate Services <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 19-3083 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH KAREN Z. <br />CONSALO, ESQUIRE, TO SERVE AS THE CODE ENFORCEMENT SPECIAL MAGISTRATE <br />FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
