Task Authorization No. 5 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for Design Services for Proiects PW 1803 S. Winter Park Drive at Queens Mirror Circle Traffic Signal Improvements and PW 1804 S. Winter Park Drive at Crystal Bowl Circle Traffic Signal Improvements Introduction: Approval of Task Authorization No. 5 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. in the amount of $157,289.50 which provides for professional design services for PW 1803 S. Winter Park Drive at Queens Mirror Circle Traffic Signal Improvements and PW 1804 S. Winter Park Drive at Crystal Bowl Circle Traffic Signal Improvements is requested. Budget Impact: As remaining funds for these projects have already been rolled over into FY 2019, sufficient funding is budgeted and available in Infrastructure Sales Surtax Fund Account 110-0710-541.63- 24 to cover the $157,289.50 cost to design PW 1803 and PW 1804. As previously noted, however, it is anticipated that the construction of these projects will exceed the previously allocated Sales Tax funding for them. A future Budget Amendment will be necessary in order to construct the projects. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Task Authorization No. 5 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. in the amount of $154,289.50. E. Task Authorization No. 6 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for Design Services for Projects PW 1801 S. Winter Park Drive Bicycle/Pedestrian Improvements and PW 1802 S. Winter Park Drive at Wilshire Drive Traffic Signal Improvements. Introduction: Approval of Task Authorization No. 6 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. in the amount of $141,050.00 which provides professional design services for PW 1801 S. Winter Park Drive Bicycle/Pedestrian Improvements and PW 1802 S. Winter Park Drive at Wilshire Drive Traffic Signal Improvements is requested. Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is budgeted and available in Infrastructure Sales Surtax Fund Account 114-0710-541.63-24 to cover the $141,050.00 cost to design PW 1801 and PW 1802. Task Authorization No. 6 with CPH, Inc. for Water Reclamation Facility Groundwater Monitoring Well Construction and Abandonment and Related Budget Amendment #19-032 Introduction: Approval of Task Authorization No. 6 with CPH, Inc. which provides for Water Reclamation Facility groundwater monitoring well construction and abandonment in an amount not to exceed $32,407 and related Budget Amendment #19-032 is requested.
