B. Resolution 19-3086 — Petition to Vacate the Seminola at Karina Replat "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, VACATING THE ENTIRE SEMINOLA AT KARINA PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, OVER PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1200 SEMINOLA BOULEVARD, GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS ADJACENT TO SEMINOLA BOULEVARD, WEST OF LAKE DRIVE AND EAST OF NORTH WINTER PARK DRIVE AND OWNED BY JOHN A. ZACCO; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND RECORDING." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 19-3086 which vacates and annuls the entire Seminola at Karina Plat, recorded in O.R. Book 83, page 100, and returns the same to non -platted acreage is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3086. C. Resolution 19-3087 — Amendment No. 3 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Construction Loan Agreement (DW590301) with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Water Quality Improvement Projects "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO.3 TO THE STATE REVOLVING FUND LOAN AGREEMENT (DW590301) WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 19-3087 which approves Amendment No. 3 to the State Revolving Fund Construction Loan Agreement (DW590301) between the City of Casselberry and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to re -adjust the remaining loan balance for Water Quality Improvements Projects and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City is requested. Budget Impact: Funds were budgeted and are available in the FY 19 Non -Departmental Water & Sewer Fund Principal/FDEP DW590301 Water Quality Improvement account #401-0190-517.71-46 in the amount of $74,293 and the Non -Departmental Water & Sewer Fund Interest/FDEP DW590301 Water Quality Improvement account #401-0190-517.72-46 in the amount of $28,291.
