However, Budget Amendment #19-032 in the amount of $7,407 is necessary to provide sufficient funding for the project by increasing the Water & Sewer Fund Water Reclamation Equipment Other account #401- 0753-535.67-35 and decreasing the Water & Sewer Fund Water Reclamation Professional Services account #401-0753-535.31-00. BA #19-032 Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for the Monitoring Well Replacement project in the amount of $7,407. Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement with Killebrew, Inc. for the Forest Brook Force Main Replacement Project Introduction: Approval of Change Order No. I to the agreement with Killebrew, Inc. which provides for additional work related to the construction of the Forest Brook Force Main Replacement Project in the amount of $39,554.65 is requested. Budget Impact: Funding for Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $39,554.65 is available in the FY 19 Water and Sewer Fund Distribution & Collection Infrastructure account #401-0751-536.63.40. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Change Order No. 1 to the agreement with Killebrew, Inc. in the amount of $39,554.65 for the Forest Brook Force Main Replacement Project. H. Budget Amendment #19-031 — Funding for the Reimbursement of a Sewer Main Extension to Tie to Seminole County Sewer and Connection for Axios Construction Services, LLC Introduction: Approval of Budget Amendment #19-031 which provides funding for the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) in the amount of $111,408 for the reimbursement of a sewer main expansion and connection for Axios Construction Services, LLC is requested.
