Supplemental Agreement #8 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for <br />Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality <br />Related Projects with Geosyntec Consultants Inc. for the Lake Concord Alum <br />Assessment <br />Introduction: Approval of Supplemental Agreement #8 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for <br />Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects with <br />Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. to provide professional services to assess Lake Concord for the potential <br />benefit of whole lake alum treatments in an amount not to exceed $69,991.48 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funds are budgeted and available in FY 2019 Stormwater Utility Fund <br />Professional Services Account #110-0740-538.31-00 to cover the cost of $69,991.48 for Supplemental <br />Agreement #8. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Supplemental Agreement #8 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for <br />Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality -Related Projects with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. in <br />an amount not to exceed $69,991.48. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Busch moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford.
