No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 19-02. Mr. Hale made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve CU 19-02 to allow a 1,200 square foot accessory structure at 1406 Lake Shore Drive based on <br />the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated January 9, 2019, and the nine (9) conditions of approval <br />outlined in the staff report including Attachments A — D. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />The next two items were discussed together. <br />Fifth Item of Business: LPA 19-04: 547 Lake Howell Road. A request to amend the Future Land Use Map <br />designation from Seminole County Medium Density Residential to City of Casselberry Medium Density <br />Residential for the property located at 547 Lake Howell Road. <br />Sixth Item of Business: ZB 19-02: 547 Lake Howell Road. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from <br />Seminole County A-1 (Agriculture) to City of Casselberry RMF -13 (Medium Density Residential) for the parcel <br />located at 547 Lake Howell Road. <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated January 9, <br />2019, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Hyson said staff recommends that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for LPA 19-04 to <br />amend the Future Land Use designation from Seminole County Medium Density Residential to City of Casselberry <br />Medium Density Residential for the subject property located at 547 Lake Howell Road. She said staffs <br />recommendation is based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated January 9, 2019, and the <br />three (3) findings regarding the proposed change to the Future Land Use Map outlined in the staff report. The <br />findings are: <br />1. The requested amendment to the Future Land Use Map is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; <br />2. The requested amendment to the Future Land Use Map is compatible with the surrounding mix of land uses <br />and zoning districts; and <br />3. City water and sanitary sewer services are available to the subject property. However, staff will determine <br />during the site plan review process whether future development can connect directly to the existing public <br />sewer infrastructure or if an additional lift station will need to be installed by the applicant. <br />
