Tim Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance officer advised this is a vacant home that has been neglected and there has <br />not been any contact with the property owner. Mr. Alcuri described photographs. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner or representative for 3073 Autumn Ct was in the audience. <br />There was no one present. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-002587, 3073 Autumn Ct, it was found that the <br />property was in violation of roofs, gutters and down spouts maintenance, ULDR Section 3-10.3.a.4, fence in <br />disrepair, ULDR Section 3-10.3.b.1 based on testimony and evidence. It was ordered that the property come into <br />compliance by 1:00 pm, November 8, 2018, if there is no compliance a fine in the amount of $250.00 per day <br />would be imposed for each day of non-compliance. Another hearing will be held on November 8, 2018, 6:30 pm <br />to determine compliance. <br />NEW CASE <br />CE -18-002610 1209 Rolling Ln <br />• Recreational equipment, City Code Section 3-10.9.0 <br />• Designated parking, City Code Section 3-10.9.e.2.c (in compliance) <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the zoning district is R-9. Notification date was <br />August 22, 2018, correction date requested was September 7, 2018 found non-compliant. Hearing notice date was <br />September 12, 2018; correction date requested was October 10, 2018 found non-compliant, <br />The property was found to be non-compliant on October 10, 2018. The City requests a correction date of October <br />25, 2018. If no compliance by October 25, 2018, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each <br />day of non-compliance thereafter. It was ordered that the property come into compliance by 1:00 pm, October 25, 2018, if there is no <br />compliance a fine in the amount of $100.00 per day would be imposed for each day of non-compliance. Another <br />hearing will be held on November 8, 2018, 6:30pm to determine compliance. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE <br />CE -18-001032 231 Ivv Farm Ln <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3-10.3(B) <br />Pool -No fence, FBC 424.17.1.1 <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the this case was heard at the June 14, 2018 hearing <br />and given until September 12, 2018 to come into compliance. The property came into compliance on October 11, <br />2018 and the City is requesting a $0.00 fine. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-001032 231 Ivy Farm Ln, this cause came <br />before the Magistrate on June 14, 2018 and the property was found in violation.
