SUBSEQUENT CASES <br />CE -18-001871 1015 SR 436 —In compliance <br />• No building permit, City Code Section 1-4.3 <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that this case was in compliance and no fines should be <br />imposed. <br />CE -18-001484 66 (60) Griggs Ave <br />• Overgrowth, trash, and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.C.1 <br />Mark Campbell advised that this case was heard at the September 13, 2018 hearing and given until September <br />27, 2018 to come into compliance. As of September 27, 2018 the property is not in compliance and therefore the <br />$50.00 per day fine should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner or representative for 60 (66) Griggs Ave was in the <br />audience. There was no one present. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-001484, 60 (66) Griggs Ave; this case originally <br />came before the Magistrate on September 13, 2018 and determined the property was in violation of the City Code. <br />It was ordered that the property come into compliance by 1:00 pm, September 27, 2018 or a $50.00 per day fine <br />would be imposed. There has not been compliance; therefore, the fine should be imposed. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />There was no other business. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The Special Magistrate asked if there were any public comments.
