The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner or representative for 873 E SR 436 was in the audience. There <br />was no one present. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-001462, 873 E 436 SR; it was found that the <br />property was in violation of window sign requirements, ULDR Section 3-16.c.3.b., based on testimony and <br />evidence. Notification date was <br />July 11, 2018, correction date requested was July 26, 2018 found non-compliant. Hearing Notice date was <br />September 5, 2018, correction date requested was October 10, 2018 found non-compliant. <br />The property was found to be non-compliant on October 10, 2018. The City requests a correction date of <br />November 8, 2018. If no compliance by November 8, 2018, then a fine of $200.00 per day should then be imposed <br />for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of November 8, 2018 to <br />determine compliance. <br />Tim Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance officer advised that he had spoken to the property owner several months <br />ago about the property.
