CASSCLBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 22, 2018 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 10 of 16 <br />hosting the City's website. She explained that staff is currently responsible for the content of the website <br />and would continue to be, but the annual fee includes any updates, maintenance and cloud -based hosting <br />of the site. However, this agreement pertained to the City's website only, not to any of the City's social <br />media accounts. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to approve the agreement with Civic Plus for <br />website redesign and annual services under GSA Contract GS -35F -0124U for <br />a one-time fee of $6,875 for the website redesign/training and $13,067.33 per <br />year for annual services, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor <br />Meadows. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />8. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A.
