Cardno will work with the City to <br />develop a scope of services associated with the institutional control documentation <br />pending FDEP approval of Site closure. <br />PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br />Task 1 — System Operation and Maintenance (O&M) <br />While we anticipate approval to shut the remediation system down, it will remain in <br />place and started at least every eight weeks to maintain proper working condition, in <br />case it needs to be re -started during the PARM period. Additionally, we are including <br />sufficient funding in the Remediation Equipment fees proposal to include a minimum <br />lease charge for the inactive equipment, as well as one month of active operation of <br />the system during the 2019 fiscal year, to address a potential rebound of groundwater <br />impacts after diffusion for the documented organic layer has occurred (likely after 2 or <br />3 quarters of PARM sampling). We anticipate that one month of operation will be <br />allowed without re -setting the clock on four quarters of PARM sampling.
