that $13,625.00 will be budgeted within the City's FY 20 Budget to complete the Cardno, Inc. cost proposal and scope of services through the extended Agreement; and WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the correspondence from FDEP and the September 14, 2018 cost proposal and scope of services from Cardno, Inc. and finds them sufficient to meet the needs of the City towards closure activity for the Police Station Brownfield site located at 4195 South U.S. Highway 17-92. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves Amendment #3 to the Brownfield Cleanup Project Agreement with Cardno, Inc., extends said document through the end of FY 20, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City of Casselberry. As listed in Exhibit "A" of this Resolution attached, Amendment #3 authorizes Cardno, Inc. to conduct system operations and maintenance, quarterly groundwater sampling events, quarterly monitoring reports, and well installation, towards site closure activities related to the Police Station Brownfields project. SECTION 2. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution.
