that $13,625.00 will be budgeted within the City's FY 20 Budget to complete the Cardno, Inc. <br />cost proposal and scope of services through the extended Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the correspondence from FDEP and the September <br />14, 2018 cost proposal and scope of services from Cardno, Inc. and finds them sufficient to meet <br />the needs of the City towards closure activity for the Police Station Brownfield site located at <br />4195 South U.S. Highway 17-92. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves <br />Amendment #3 to the Brownfield Cleanup Project Agreement with Cardno, Inc., extends said <br />document through the end of FY 20, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on <br />behalf of the City of Casselberry. As listed in Exhibit "A" of this Resolution attached, <br />Amendment #3 authorizes Cardno, Inc. to conduct system operations and maintenance, quarterly <br />groundwater sampling events, quarterly monitoring reports, and well installation, towards site <br />closure activities related to the Police Station Brownfields project. <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date.
