The request to amend the Future Land Use Map from Industrial (I) to Commercial (C) for the subject properties is consistent with the City of Casselberry Comprehensive Plan, consistent and compatible with adjacent land uses and zoning districts, and City services are available at the subject properties and will not be negatively impacted. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended adoption of Ordinance 18-1493 on second reading. Public Hearing: Mayor Glancy stated this was a public hearing to hear and consider comments and questions regarding Ordinance 18-1493. Mayor Glancy opened the floor for public participation. No one came forward to address Ordinance 18-1493. Mayor Glancy closed the public hearing relative to Ordinance 18-1493. MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to adopt Ordinance 18-1493 on second and final reading, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. B. Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1494 — Amending the Zoning Designation for Properties Along Belle Avenue (Z13 18-04) The City Clerk read Ordinance 18-1494 by title, as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER II, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM I (INDUSTRIAL) TO CS (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) FOR THIRTY-FIVE (35) PARCELS GENERALLY LOCATED AT 910, 920, AND 930 BELLE AVE, CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Notice of Public Hearing: The Notice of Public Hearing relative to second reading of Ordinance 18-1494 was advertised in the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday, August 30, 2018. Staff Presentation: Planner I Christina Hyson gave an overview of Ordinance 18-1494 which amends the Official Zoning Map designation from I (Industrial) to CS (Commercial Service) for thirty-five (35) properties generally located at 910, 920, and 930 Belle Avenue.
