WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the correspondence from FDEP, the proposal from <br />AHS and the proposed Change Order #6 to the AHS Standard Agreement for Brownfield <br />Contamination Mitigation and finds it sufficient to meet the needs of the City for closure activity <br />for the Brownfield located within Lake Concord Park at 4355 U.S. Highway 17-92. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves Change <br />Order 46 for $10,175 to the Standard Agreement for Brownfield Contamination Mitigation with <br />Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions, LLC, extends said document through the end of Fiscal Year <br />2019, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City of Casselberry, <br />which is attached as Exhibit A authorizing AHS to conduct one (1) quarterly groundwater <br />sampling event and one (1) semi-annual monitoring report by February 4, 2019 for closure <br />activity. <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date. Resolution 18-3052 shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this day of �"? (,� , 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
