CASSGLBGRRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of August 13, 2018 — Regular Meeting Page 13 of 15 MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve SPR 18-07, 6site plan for the Geneva School Phase II based on the revised site plan dated June 21, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission staff report dated July 11, 2018, and subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. All Public Works issues and comments must be addressed prior to issuance of a site construction permit. 2. The property shall pass landscaping, irrigation, and photometric/lighting inspections prior to completion of the project or issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 3. All required local, regional, state, and federal permits shall be obtained before commencement of development. 4. The site plan approval shall be valid for one (1) year. An extension request may be submitted prior to the expiration of this approval. 5. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the site plan shall become null and void. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. B. South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority Board Alternate Member Appointment Staff Presentation: City Clerk Donna Gardner gave a brief overview of this item, including a brief history of the creation and purpose for the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority (SSNOCWTA). Budget Impact: This item has no budget impact. Recommendation: The City Manager and the City Clerk recommended the City Commission consider appointment of Frank "Larry" Fernandez as the City's Alternate Member for the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority. Audience Participation: No one carne forward to address this item. MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to appoint Mr. Frank "Larry" Fernandez as the City's Alternate Member to the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority Board (SSNOCWTA). Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. Ms. Gardner advised that a $50,000 bond would be put in place for Mr. Fernandez, which was a requirement of the appointment.
