CASSGLBGRRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of August 13, 2018 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 13 of 15 <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve SPR 18-07, 6site plan for the <br />Geneva School Phase II based on the revised site plan dated June 21, 2018, <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission staff report dated July 11, 2018, and <br />subject to the following conditions of approval: <br />1. All Public Works issues and comments must be addressed prior to <br />issuance of a site construction permit. <br />2. The property shall pass landscaping, irrigation, and photometric/lighting <br />inspections prior to completion of the project or issuance of a Certificate <br />of Occupancy. <br />3. All required local, regional, state, and federal permits shall be obtained <br />before commencement of development. <br />4. The site plan approval shall be valid for one (1) year. An extension <br />request may be submitted prior to the expiration of this approval. <br />5. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the site <br />plan shall become null and void. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />B. South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority Board <br />Alternate Member Appointment <br />Staff Presentation: City Clerk Donna Gardner gave a brief overview of this item, including a brief history <br />of the creation and purpose for the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission <br />Authority (SSNOCWTA). <br />Budget Impact: This item has no budget impact. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the City Clerk recommended the City Commission consider <br />appointment of Frank "Larry" Fernandez as the City's Alternate Member for the South Seminole North <br />Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority. <br />Audience Participation: No one carne forward to address this item. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to appoint Mr. Frank "Larry" Fernandez <br />as the City's Alternate Member to the South Seminole North Orange County <br />Wastewater Transmission Authority Board (SSNOCWTA). Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br />vote 4-0. <br />Ms. Gardner advised that a $50,000 bond would be put in place for Mr. Fernandez, which was a requirement <br />of the appointment. <br />
