Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoices from the City Attorney, the City Labor Attorney and <br />the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoices have been reviewed by the affected departments and are being <br />presented for approval: <br />Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A. <br />City Attorney Legal Services <br />• May 2018 Invoice No. 75584 $ 26,945.53 <br />Fisher Phillips <br />City Labor Attorney Services <br />• May 2018 Invoice No. 1170922 $ 238.50 <br />The Davie law Firm <br />Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Services <br />• April 2018 Invoice No. 46 $ 645.00 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2018 Budget Account No. 001- <br />0140-514.31-01. Funds for the City Labor Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2018 Budget Account <br />No. 001-140-514.31-02. Funds for the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate's invoice are available in FY <br />2018 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 18-3031 — Authorization to Request Debt Financingthrough the Florida <br />Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund Program for Smart <br />Meter Planning <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE STATE <br />REVOLVING FUND LOAN PROGRAM; MAKING FINDINGS; AUTHORIZING THE LOAN <br />APPLICATION; AUTHORIZING THE LOAN AGREEMENT; ESTABLISHING PLEDGED <br />REVENUES; DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES; PROVIDING <br />ASSURANCES; REPEALING RESOLUTION 18-3022; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 18-3031 authorizes a request for debt financing from the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection (FDEP) State Revolving Fund Program for smart meter planning to replace <br />existing water meters, repeals Resolution 18-3022, designates the Finance Director to act as the authorized <br />
