Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency Minutes <br />June 13, 2018 <br />Page 4 <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the limited parking on the site. In response to the Commission's <br />question, the applicant said no construction vehicles would be parked on the site and the storage area would be used <br />for excess material and tools. <br />In response to the Commission's concern regarding the adjacent parcel, the applicant stated that the owner <br />is not interested in selling at this time. He said the applicants are optimistic that once the development is completed <br />the owner may be willing to sell his property. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the limited parking on the site and the adjacent parcel impacting the <br />shape of the subject project. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SPR 18-01. Mr. Phillips made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve the major site plan application for the Axios Mixed -Use Building (SPR 18-01) based on <br />the site plan dated May 25, 2018, the findings of fact and conclusions of the information provided in the staff report <br />dated June 13, 2018, and subject to the four waivers, the nine conditions of approval outline in the staff report <br />including Addendum A (new trip generation) and Attachments A - H. Mr. Lutz seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed with a majority vote with Ms. Campbell and Mr. Bakalla casting the dissenting votes. <br />Sixth Item of Business: ZB 18.03: 1241 1249 and 1265 State Road 436. Amending the Official Zoning Map <br />from PMX-H (Planned Mixed -Use: High Intensity) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) for four (4) <br />parcels located within the Lake Howell Square shopping Plaza. Parcel IDs: 28.21.30.519.0000.0010; 28.21-30- <br />535-0000-0020; 28-21-30-519-0000-0030; and 28-21-30-519.0000-0040. <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated June 13, <br />2018, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Hyson said staff recommends the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for ZB 18-03 to <br />amend the Official Zoning Map from City of Casselberry PMX-H (Planned Mixed -Use: High Intensity) to City of <br />Casselberry PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) for the subject properties located along State Road 436. <br />
