Mr. Tommy Ciserano, 1015 State Road 436, Casselberry, <br />Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Ciserano said there are eight dual sided <br />pumps. Mr. Ciserano said that the storage tanks would be double -walled and digitally monitored. He said there is a <br />separate state permit for the installation of the storage tanks. <br />Mr. Ciserano said they have been in negotiations with Florida Department of Transportation regarding <br />purchasing the retention pond. He said they are finalizing the paperwork and should be closing on the property <br />within the next few weeks. Mr. Ciserano said they are in negotiations with Summit Village to reroute one of their <br />drainage pipes. He said the resident's concerns were the wall and the drainage. <br />Mr. Ciserano said they are in the process of moving the last of the tenants and the building demolition would <br />take approximately 45 days. He said the site work would take approximately 45 days and then the site would be <br />ready for Wawa to complete the infrastructure. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding Code Compliance monitoring the landscaping requirements, the <br />environmental studies conducted on the site, regulations of underground storage tanks and traffic circulation on the <br />site. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 18-04. Mr. Lutz made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve CU 18-04 to allow a fuel -dispensing service station at the property located at 1033 State Road <br />436 based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated February 14, 2018 and the ten (10) <br />conditions outlined in the staff report including Attachments A -C. Ms. Campbell seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: CU 18-05: 351 Ascension Drive.
