Possession of both City and County business tai <br />receipts, aswell as any applicable permits, licenses, and inspections from otber agencies must be <br />provided to the City prior to implementing the use. <br />CU 17-20: Conditional Use for 2COP at <br />1531 East Altamonte Dni e <br />12/14/2017 <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS. <br />Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 17-19 to allow vehicular senices, <br />maintenance, and light mechanical repairs (excluding sales and senice, body shops, and storage) at 290 his <br />Road. Staffs recommendation is based on the findings of fact and conclusions of this staff report dated <br />December 18, 2017, and the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall only utilize three (3) of the garages to perform vehicular repairs. Garage k4 on Exhibit <br />Cshallnot be used to service or perform mechanical repairs onvehicles. <br />2. Veluadar sales and senice, body shop services, and storage shall not be perudtted onsite. <br />3. There shall be no outside sales, storage, or display of goods, materials, or sendces. <br />4. All applicable licenses and p—nx shall be obtained prior to the commencement of any business <br />activities "the site. <br />5. All signage requires a separate permit and must comply mith the ULDR. <br />6. The conditional use shall commence witbin 90 days of the approval. <br />7. The conditional me shall expire if the use is discontinued for more than 90 days and/or if the applicant <br />does not secure a business tai license from the City within this timeframe. <br />8.
