STAFF RECOMMEArDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 17-16 to allay the e%gmsion request <br />for ou-site co umption of alcoholic beverages, 4COP/SR%, in conjunction xith the operation of the <br />anticipated restaurant located at 1283 South U.S. Highway 17-92. Stabs recommendation is based on the <br />findings of fan and conclusions of this staff report dated September 13, 2017, the sniff report dazed April 12, <br />2017, and the foll,ning conditions: <br />1. Theconditional use shall be limited to the I.-tionof 1283 South U.S. High -3,17-92. <br />2. All sales mid consumption of alcobolic beverages shall be onsite and indoors. <br />3. The sale of alcohol shall not —al 49%of total revenue. <br />4. Conditional use approval for beer, wine, and liquor sales shall be in conjunction with a restaurant <br />which primarily se—s food. <br />5. Package sales of,],,boli, beverages for off-site consumption shall be prohibited. <br />6. The hours ,fact -site alcohol consumption and sales shall comply with the boors set forth in Section <br />10.2 of the City of Casselb,MOs Code and shall only be during times wbea the primary use (the <br />resta.r did rvingfo,d. <br />7.
