SPH7ECE PROPERTY 1-6—Map BACKGROUND: The appliorm, Rodrigo Moreim, received Planning and Zoning Commission approval to sense beer, nine, and liquor in co junction nith a resemica t on December 14, 2016 (CU 16-18). An extension was requested and approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 12, 2017 (CU 17-05). Condition #10 of CU 17-05 requires that the conditional use commence mitbin 120 days of apprm.]. The neo units (1275 and 1283) of the restaurant have since been combined into one single unit (now 1283). As a result of combining the units, the Florida Department of Health is requiring that the septic on the site be brought into compliance pith tire standards for new systems.
