SPH7ECE <br />PROPERTY <br />1-6—Map <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The appliorm, Rodrigo Moreim, received Planning and Zoning Commission approval to sense beer, <br />nine, and liquor in co junction nith a resemica t on December 14, 2016 (CU 16-18). An extension was <br />requested and approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 12, 2017 (CU 17-05). <br />Condition #10 of CU 17-05 requires that the conditional use commence mitbin 120 days of apprm.]. <br />The neo units (1275 and 1283) of the restaurant have since been combined into one single unit (now <br />1283). As a result of combining the units, the Florida Department of Health is requiring that the septic <br />on the site be brought into compliance pith tire standards for new systems. As work is still being <br />completed to bring the site into compliance ttith these standards, the applicant is requesting an <br />additional etemian. <br />Except for the change in address wben the neo units were combined, there are no other changes from <br />previous applications. <br />ANAL3SIS.- <br />The applicant requests an extension of the conditional use approval for CU 17-05 to sere beer, wine <br />and liquor in ca junction tsith Sur Restaurant for an additional 12 months from September 13, 2017. <br />An extension mill protide the applicant pith additional time to bring tine site into compliance pith the <br />standards of the Florida Department of Health. <br />1 <br />
