Mr. Karl Perez, Casselberry <br />Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church, 426 Lake Port Cove, Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the <br />Commission's question, Mr. Perez said that wheels stops would be used to designate the parking spaces. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SPR 16-16. Mr. Lutz made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve the major site plan application for the SDA Church (SPR 16-16) based on the site plan <br />dated August 15, 2017, the findings of fact and conclusions of the information provided in the staff report dated <br />September 13, 2017, and subject to the six (6) conditions outlined in the staff report including the three (3) Exhibits <br />attached to the staff report. Mr. Phillips seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />The next two items were discussed together. <br />Seventh Item of Business: LPA 17-08: 380 West Melody Lane. Amending the Future Land Use Map from City <br />of Casselberry Industrial to City of Casselberry Commercial for the property located at 380 W. Melody Lane. <br />Parcel ID 08-21-30-5BL-EF00-0060. <br />Eighth Item of Business: ZB 17-03: 380 West Melody Lane. Amending the Official Zoning Map from City of <br />Casselberry "I" (Industrial) to City of Casselberry "OR" (Office/Residential) for the property located at 380 W. <br />Melody Lane. Parcel ID 08-21.30-5BL-EF00.0060. <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated September 13, <br />2017, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Fathelbab said staff recommends the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for LPA 17-08 to <br />amend the Future Land Use Map Designation from City of Casselberry I (Industrial) to City of Casselberry C <br />(Commercial) for the subject property located at 380 W. Melody Lane, based on the findings of fact and conclusions, <br />the staff report dated September 13, 2017, and the three (3) findings outlined in the staff report. <br />Mr. Fathelbab said after the future land use decision is made staff recommends that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for ZB 17-03 to amend the Official <br />
