Planning & Zoning Commission( <br />Local Planning Agency <br />August 9, 2017 <br />Page 3 <br />Sixth Item of Business: CU 17-13: 1100 State Road 436. A conditional use request to allow docks at the <br />Marbeya Club Condominiums located at 1100 State Road 436. Parcel ID 28-21-30512.00CO-0000. <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated August 9, <br />2017, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Hyson stated that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approved a conditional use for this property in February. The applicant did not commence work <br />within the 120 days; therefore, the conditional use expired. <br />Ms. Hyson said staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 17-13 to allow two (2) <br />fixed docks at 1100 State Road 436 based on the four (4) conditions of approval outlined in the staff report. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Jason Louche, 1012 Seminole Creek Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Louche said the dock is for the <br />residence of Marbeya Club. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 17-13. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 17-13 to allow two (2) fixed docks at 1100 State Road 436 based on the findings of <br />fact and conclusions of the staff report dated August 9, 2017, and the four (4) conditions of approval outlined in the <br />staff report including Exhibits A — E. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice <br />vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: CU 17-14: 500 State Road 436, Suite 1050. A conditional use request to allow a <br />nontraditional use of a body art establishment located at 500 State Road 436, Suite 1050. Parcel ID 16-21-30- <br />5BU-0000-0090. <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated August 9, <br />2017, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Hyson said staff recommends the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 17-14 to allow a non-traditional use (body art establishment) at 500 <br />
