Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed with a <br />majority vote with Mr. Bakalla casting the dissenting vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: CU 17-23:124 Live Oaks Boulevard. A conditional use request to allow a bakery in <br />a CG zoning district. Parcel ID 17.21.30.517.00OO.0000 <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated January 10, <br />2018, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Hyson said staff recommends the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 17-23 to allow a bakery at 124 Live Oaks Boulevard based on the <br />staff report dated January 10, 2018, and the eight (8) conditions of approval outlined in the staff report. <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Hyson stated that staff evaluates the compatibility of the use <br />for the site and the Fire Department has been notified and they will evaluate the building for the change of use. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Javier Matias Dominguez, 124 Live Oaks Boulevard, <br />Casselberry, Florida. In response to the Commission's question, the applicant said they agree with the conditions of <br />approval. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 17-23. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 17-23 to allow a bakery at 124 Live Oaks Boulevard based on the findings of fact <br />and conclusions of the staff report dated January 10, 2018, and the eight (8) conditions of approval outlined in the <br />staff report including Exhibits A- C. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Eighth Item of Business: CU 17.24: 500 State Road 436, Suite 1020. A conditional use request to serve beer <br />and wine, 2COP, for on-site consumption at Papa Sabz in a CG zoning district.
