Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal Advisory Committee Metroplan) Report <br />No report. <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />No report. <br />D. Mayors/Managers Group Repor <br />Mayor Glancy reported that she and City Manager Randy Newlon had attended the most recent meeting of <br />the group on Tuesday, March 2011' and a presentation had been given by the Seminole County Sheriff's <br />Office regarding safety in Seminole County Schools. She shared some of the strategies that are being used <br />and considered to make the County's schools safer in light of the recent tragedy in South Florida, and <br />advised that a Town Hall meeting would be held at Winter Springs High School on March 2911' for anyone <br />who was interested in hearing more about the proactive measures that are being taken by the Sheriff's Office <br />and the School Board regarding school safety. <br />E. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />No report. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 18-3014 — Development Commitment and Vested Rights Agreement <br />with Mayflower Retirement Center, Inc. and Red Bug Center LLC <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 18-3014 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A <br />DEVELOPMENT COMMITMENT AND VESTED RIGHTS AGREEMENT PERTAINING TO <br />EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IMPACT FEES ONLY WITH MAYFLOWER RETIREMENT <br />CENTER, INC. AND RED BUG CENTER, LLC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
