Mayor Glancy announced the rules of
decorum. The following individuals came forward:
Ms. Karen Nolen, 265 Secret Way, shared a letter from her neighbor Donna Syracuse, 213
Secret Way, telling about her recent experience with an attack by an aggressive dog which
resulted in the death of Reese, one of her small dogs, and expressing concerns about the
lack of regulation by Seminole County Animal Control Services for dangerous animals in
the City of Casselberry and other residential areas. Ms. Nolen added her concerns to those
expressed in Ms. Syracuse's letter, urging the City of Casselberry to pursue stricter
legislation.
