Estimated expenditures shall not exceed $200,000 per fiscal year. (Reference: PBA -2018-0285) <br />Budget Impact: Funding has been provided in the FY 2018 budget in the LOGT fund in the amount of <br />$52,531 for contracted sidewalk services. In addition, available budgeted fields in other Departmental <br />Repairs and Maintenance 46 accounts (e.g., Streets Maintenance, Parks Maintenance) may be used as <br />appropriate for activities under this contract. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the <br />piggyback agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC in an amount not to exceed $200,000 per <br />fiscal year and to simultaneously authorize the City Manager to approve Task Authorizations within the <br />scope of the Agreement and renewals of the Agreement (subject to renewals by Orange County) for up to <br />an additional two (2) years. <br />E. Piggyback Agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC for Stormwater <br />Repair and Maintenance Services <br />Introduction: Consideration of a piggyback agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC for <br />Stormwater Repair and Maintenance Services on an as -needed basis not to exceed $100,000 per fiscal year <br />is requested. (Reference: PBA -2018-0286) <br />Budget Impact: Funding has been provided in the FY 2018 budget in the Stormwater Fund Repairs and <br />Maintenance account #110-0740-538.46-00. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the <br />piggyback agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC in the amount not to exceed $100,000 per <br />fiscal year and to simultaneously authorize the City Manager to approve Task Authorizations within the <br />scope of the Agreement and renewals of the Agreement (subject to renewals by Osceola County) for up to <br />an additional two (2) years. <br />F. Supplemental Agreement No. 60 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting <br />Engineering Services with CPH, Inc. for the Electrical and SCADA <br />Instrumentation Systems Master Plan <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 60 to the Agreement for <br />Continuing Consulting Engineering Services between the City of Casselberry and CPH, Inc. (CPH) for the <br />Electrical and SCADA Instrumentation Systems Master Plan in the amount of $43,995.00 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Funding has been provided in the FY 2018 budget in the Water and Sewer Utility <br />Fund/Water Reclamation Professional Services account #401-0753-535.31-00 and Water Production <br />Professional Services account #401-0754.533.31-00 in the amount of $43,995.00. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 60 with CPH, Inc. <br />
