Estimated expenditures shall not exceed $200,000 per fiscal year. (Reference: PBA -2018-0285) Budget Impact: Funding has been provided in the FY 2018 budget in the LOGT fund in the amount of $52,531 for contracted sidewalk services. In addition, available budgeted fields in other Departmental Repairs and Maintenance 46 accounts (e.g., Streets Maintenance, Parks Maintenance) may be used as appropriate for activities under this contract. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the piggyback agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC in an amount not to exceed $200,000 per fiscal year and to simultaneously authorize the City Manager to approve Task Authorizations within the scope of the Agreement and renewals of the Agreement (subject to renewals by Orange County) for up to an additional two (2) years. Piggyback Agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC for Stormwater Repair and Maintenance Services Introduction: Consideration of a piggyback agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC for Stormwater Repair and Maintenance Services on an as -needed basis not to exceed $100,000 per fiscal year is requested. (Reference: PBA -2018-0286) Budget Impact: Funding has been provided in the FY 2018 budget in the Stormwater Fund Repairs and Maintenance account #110-0740-538.46-00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the piggyback agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC in the amount not to exceed $100,000 per fiscal year and to simultaneously authorize the City Manager to approve Task Authorizations within the scope of the Agreement and renewals of the Agreement (subject to renewals by Osceola County) for up to an additional two (2) years. Supplemental Agreement No. 60 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services with CPH, Inc. for the Electrical and SCADA Instrumentation Systems Master Plan Introduction: Consideration for approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 60 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services between the City of Casselberry and CPH, Inc. (CPH) for the Electrical and SCADA Instrumentation Systems Master Plan in the amount of $43,995.00 is requested. Budget Impact: Funding has been provided in the FY 2018 budget in the Water and Sewer Utility Fund/Water Reclamation Professional Services account #401-0753-535.31-00 and Water Production Professional Services account #401-0754.533.31-00 in the amount of $43,995.00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 60 with CPH, Inc.
