CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of February 12, 2018 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 3 of 12 <br />0140-514.31-01. Funds for the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate's invoices are available in FY 2018 <br />Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 18-3007 — First Amendment to the InteragencyAgreement for Criminal <br />Justice Computer Services and Support <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING <br />INTERAGENCY CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND COMPUTER SUPPORT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF'S <br />OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 18-3007 approves the first amendment to the agreement with the Seminole <br />County Sheriff's Office for interagency criminal justice computer software services and support, and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 18-3007. <br />C. Piggyback Agreement with Cathcart Construction Company for Utility <br />Infrastructure and Site Restoration Emergency Services <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval of a piggyback agreement with Cathcart Construction Company <br />for Utility Infrastructure and Site Restoration Emergency Services on an as -needed basis for an amount that <br />shall not exceed $150,000 annually is requested. (REF: PBA -2018-0290) <br />Budget Impact: Funding has been provided in the FY 2018 budget in the Water and Sewer Utility Fund <br />Distribution and Collection Repairs and Maintenance Emergency account #401-0751-536.46-05 in the <br />amount of $150,000. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director requested City Commission approval <br />of this contract with Cathcart Construction Company for Utility Infrastructure and Site Restoration <br />Emergency Services in the amount of $150,000 per year and simultaneous authorization for the City <br />Manager to approve all task authorizations within the scope of the contract and all renewals. <br />D. Piggyback Agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC for Construction <br />Services for ADA Pedestrian Safety Improvement Program <br />Introduction: Consideration of a piggyback agreement with Altair Enviromnental Group, LLC for <br />
