Lease Agreement with Sissine's Business Solutions for Replacement Copier <br />Equipment <br />Introduction: Consideration for a lease agreement utilizing State of Florida contract #660-00-11-1 with <br />Sissine's Business Solutions for the replacement of the City's current printing and copying equipment with <br />Canon equipment, including associated maintenance support, is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Funds have been provided in the FY 2018 budget in each department's fund/division <br />Rentals & Leases accounts #44-00 and Printing & Binding accounts #47-00. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of the Lease <br />Agreement with Sissine's Business Solutions for replacement Canon copier equipment per state contract <br />#660-00-11-1. <br />H. Amendment #2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for <br />Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects with <br />Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. <br />Introduction: Consideration of Amendment #2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional <br />Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects with Geosyntec <br />Consultants, Inc. (Geosyntec) to extend the current Agreement term by one year is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Amendment 42 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes <br />Management, and Water Quality Related Projects with Geosyntec. <br />L Amendment #2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for <br />Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects with <br />Singhofen & Associates, Inc. <br />Introduction: Consideration of Amendment #2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional <br />Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen & <br />Associates, Inc.
