Advised that Senate Bill 750 proposing to prohibit cities from responding to a public records request by seeking a declaratory judgment action was scheduled to be heard by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, February 13t" No report. Commissioner Anthony Aramendia - Seat No. 1: Thanked all those who were able to attend the Seminole Cultural Arts Council event on Saturday, February 10' at which the City was presented the heART for the ARTS Award. He thanked City staff and the City Commission for their dedication in moving the City forward and making it known as an arts and culture community in Seminole County. Commissioner Sandra Solomon - Seat No. 3: Stated that she had also attended the Seminole Cultural Arts Council event on Saturday, February 10"' and it had made her proud to be a Commissioner for the City of Casselberry. She also extended appreciation to staff for all they do.
